Who states fashion and technology can't mix Sprint, for just one.

Today the company introduced a brand new phone, the thin and superlight LG Marquee, using it track to have an October 2 release. Powered by Android 2.3 Gingerbread, the smartphone includes a 1GHz processor, a 4-inch Nova display, 5-megapixel camera, along with a 2-megapixel front-facing camera. Known in other circles because the Optimus Black, the LG Marquee offers customers 512MB RAM, 2GB ROM, and requisite support for Wi-Fi, Gps navigation, and Bluetooth.

For software, the Marquee offers Swype because of its virtual Texting keyboard and also the standard fare of Sprint applications and services. Like most of the carrier's other Android mobile phone models, the unit will also support Sprint ID, which allows customers personalize 5 homepages with niche applications, ringtones, wallpapers, icons, and much more.

Keeping consistent with New You are able to Fashion Week, the telephone is going to be released together with MADE, a nonprofit design collective and can feature transporting cases created by five up-and-coming designers. These cases can make their catwalk appearance tomorrow throughout LG's launch event.

Presale orders from the LG Marquee start September 20 and run for just one weeks time. Purchasers who make use of the early offer will start receiving their products on September 29, 72 hours before its debut in shops. The cost is $99 with qualified two-year service contracts after a $50 mail-in rebate.
