It has been more than per month now since Apple suspended push email from the iCloud and MobileMe services, also it does not seem like it will likely be switching it well on in the near future. Based on the
Wall Street Journal, a German regional court has backed the prohibit, maintaining Motorola Mobility's claims of patent infringements. A legal court agreed that Apple should also pay damages to Motorola, but has yet to agree with a sum. So, for the time being, customers will have to stay with by hand fetching updates, and hope your final agreement could be met further down the road.
