If you feel this may be another isolated incident, a poll carried out around the XDA forums has recommended that 60% of Universe Nexus proprietors are stricken with this bug. Not sure from Samsung or Google acknowledging this issue yet, but hopefully which will happen soon because this problem looks high bothersome as shown within the video below.
