Tim Cook's trip to China now marks his first as Apple's Boss, but what initially made an appearance to become a casual jaunt to Beijing with possible company conferences around the agenda, has switched to be considered a carefully orchestrated visit, including visits with top government authorities to speak economic development and intellectual property privileges.
Xinhua, the nation's official press agency (and for that reason not probably the most objective of sources), reported that Chinese Vice Premier Li Keqiang mentioned the country will "strengthen intellectual property privileges protection" and "be more conscious of taking care of employees." Usual for condition-backed releases, the report unsuccessful to grow on either statement, but even when nothing comes of the particular meeting, Keqiang is within line to consider over as Premier the coming year, making them a good accessory for Cook's rolodex.
