Ben Heck produces hands-free motorized wheel chair attachment for expectant father

Ben Heck might have cut his teeth on compromised gaming systems, but nowadays, the modder-switched-show-host has switched a large amount of his focus to projects targeted at enhancing ease of access and mobility for that disabled. The most recent episode from the Ben Heck Show provides an ideal illustration of this noble pursuit, built when an expectant father found him asking for a motorized wheel chair that may be controlled while taking care of his newborn. Heck developed a motor set up add-on for Josh Benhart's chair having a feet-controlled joystick that lives within three dimensional printed dome. Given a brief quantity of lead, Heck, sadly, wasn't in a position to complete the project over time, though you should check out his progress within the video embedded following the break.
