The annual Hong Kong Computer &lifier Communications Festival is generally just flooded with reduced computer items and booth babes, therefore we were amazed whenever we spotted a few unreleased Home windows 8, dual-digitizer products in the Fujitsu booth. Pictured above may be the Stylistic Q702 "Quattro," an 11.6-inch tablet-cum-laptop which was introduced recently. This specific unit carried an Apple Core i5-3427U nick (assigned at 2.3GHz rather than 2.8GHz), an exciting Insolvency practitioners panel, a fingerprint scanner, back and front cameras, 4GB of RAM along with a 256GB SSD -- two times the introduced capacity, for whatever reason. Similar to the ASUS Transformers, undocking named was just dependent on tugging the latch around the hinge, but we found the latch to become rather stiff to function. Hopefully case a prototype problem. Apart from that, we simply wish the ultimate keyboard pier will in some way obtain a slight fat loss: for that display size, 1.88 pounds is not bad for that tablet alone, but along with the heavy keyboard, the Q702 develop into a nightmare for normal vacationers.
The 2nd prototype hiding at the rear of the booth was the bigger LifeBook T902 "Tercel," a 13.3-inch convertible laptop which was revealed alongside the Q702 recently. Based on its label, this swivel-hinged machine packed a Core i7-3520M, 8GB of RAM, 500GB 7,200rpm hard disk, Blu-ray burners, LTE radio along with a 72Wh (6,700mAh) battery. Oh, and gleam fingerprint scanner underneath the display. As the software unsuccessful to turn back screen rotation as we turned the screen to laptop mode, it had been generally just like responsive because the Q702, although the hardware felt more solid and prepared. With this thought as well as the Home windows 7 label and Wacom label underneath the keyboard, we would not be surprised when the T902 arrives prior to the Q702. For now, you can take a look at our impromptu hands-on video from the Q702 following the break.
