SAN JOSE, Calif. (AP) A federal judge on Friday refused Apple Corporation.'s demands to have an immediate victory inside a multibillion-dollar patent trial. Apple searched for the lengthy-shot bid as punishment for Samsung Electronics Corporation.'s decision to problem a questionable pr release on the very first day of testimony.
The San Jose Mercury News reported Friday (http://bit.ly/T6ztfV ) that U.S. District Judge Lucy Koh refused Apple's request after polling the nine jurors to find out when they read media accounts in line with the news release.
