Samsung demos its take on LTE Broadcast, edges closer to 4G TV

There has to be a revival of mobile TV within the works at Samsung. Just hrs after it presented the television-outfitted Universe S Lightray 4G, the organization has confirmed (through partner Anritsu) it's effectively testing LTE Broadcast technology. Because the title suggests, the conventional and it is developed Multimedia Broadcast Multicast Service (eMBMS) pipe software-independent services like TV on the 4G network's ample bandwidth instead of needing devoted systems and also the costs that include them -- everyone knows how that last strategy panned out in america.
