Nippon Electric Glass demos liquid very lens and 'invisible glass' at CEATEC (video)

Nippon Electric Glass demos liquid crystal lens and 'invisible glass' at CEATEC video

What about some glass from CEATEC, right Individuals at Nippon Electric Glass were revealing its still-in-development liquid lens technology, along with its already-available "invisible glass." The second, as pictured above, is greatly what it really states around the container although with a few exaggeration, clearly, but i was still very astounded by how little reflection we had onto it. While it's already getting used in galleries and inside cameras (as sensor covers), Nippon Electric Glass is pushing challenging its invisible glass featured on mobile products -- the feature here's simply to offer the effect of somewhere among glossy glass and matte glass, to ensure that you'd obtain the best color excitement with minimal reflection. Do browse the video following the break.

For the liquid lens, Nippon Electric Glass' version uses low-energy electric area to manage its liquid very molecular orientation, thus altering the focus. You will also observe that the lens can also be sufficiently small to become built-into phones and webcams. As the demo response was pretty quick, i was told that it's going to attend least another year prior to the technology opens up for all of us mere mortals. For the time being, you can observe our hands-on demo following the break.
