It's bruited that Instagram is going to be opening its doorways ever-so-slightly to 1 Hipstamatic, enabling customers from the latter to tag their photos with contacts and filters, after which push them in to the Instagram world. It's being compared to Foursquare customers pushing their check-in information to Twitter and facebook, and it is certain to boost the visibility (and revenue) of Hipstamatic.
