Cox TV Connect live TV streaming app for iPad updated with new grid guide UI

Cabler Cox Communications became a member of in around the live TV streaming to iPad craze by delivering its very own Cox TV Connect application late this past year, and lately up-to-date it to version 1.1.. Using the upgrade comes the brand new look proven above, so although it initially featured a far more... unique search for TV entries (as seen following the break) this version has programming sorted within the traditional power grid-style guide proven above. Also pointed out may be the ability for customers to see and sort TV entries for those channels, although they'll still require the separate Cox Mobile Connect applications for such things as Digital recording device arranging. Accept the latest version in the iTunes link below, presuming you receive your TV and online sites at the best place.

  1. I didn’t really see a problem with the old user interface from what I see, other than it has a lot more detail about the show that the new one doesn’t have right on the front page there. What do you want to bet that it matches the guide that is on their receivers? The problem I have with this app isn’t very complicated, it has 37 channels that stream live out of how many? On top of that you can’t stream those live channels to your iPad if you are outside of your own house. I never have time to waste with streaming apps that only work in the house; since I’m never there it would never get used. Between school and working nights at Dish I am going from morning from night. I can however use my sling adapter to stream all of live channels and recorded shows to my mobile device no matter where I am, so even if I only have an hour in between class, I can stay caught up on all my favorite shows.
