Well, it's almost not a secret that clients are unhappy with Apple's new mapping solution in iOS 6. And, while the organization has accepted that, possibly, it's less than as much as snuff yet, it's performed lower Maps' defects and advised clients to become patient. Today, within an open letter towards the Apple faithful, Tim Prepare struck an even more candid and conciliatory tone, apologizing for neglecting to deliver a "world-class" product. Prepare went to date regarding claim that unhappy clients could take a look at choices from rivals like Bing, MapQuest, Google and Nokia -- a minimum of until Cupertino sorts this mess out. Update: As CNET reviews, Apple has also gone a step further and added a brand new listing of featured mapping options towards the Application Store, including applications from TeleNav, Garmin, Magellan yet others.
