Judge Koh lifts Galaxy Tab 101 sales injunction following Court of Appeals remand

A legitimate standoff ended today, as Judge Lucy Koh has dissolved the sales injunction from the Universe Tab 10.1 after Samsung's appeal have been remanded to her through the Court of Appeals for that Federal Circuit. Judge Koh's decision is dependant on the jury's findings in Apple v. Samsung the Universe Tab 10.1 did not infringe on Apple's D'889 patent. Should you recall, the judge had formerly refused Samsung's motion to dissolve the injunction, getting reported deficiencies in jurisdiction as the situation was while watching appeals court.
