Oracle starts appeal process in the Java patent situation against Google, Android

You need to know right now it's never truly over when tech titans turn to legal warfare over their technology, and merely because it stated it might, Oracle has filed an appeal of america District Court ruling in the situation against Google. Just in case you'd forgotten, in May Judge William Alsup discovered that the dwelling of their Java APIs weren't copyrightable so Oracle needed to be satisfied with $ in damages over its claims that Android infringed on its patents and copyrights.
