Caffeine Siblings: Star Guitar [Video]

The Chemical Brothers: Star Guitar I am inclined to gravitate towards electronic music when I am working. There is something concerning the order and structure from the beats that keeps me productive. And much more frequently that does not, it is the Chemical Siblings pounding away during my earphones.

Regardless of the title, Tom Rowlands and Erectile dysfunction Simons aren't related. They did attend school together becoming an adult working in london, as well as their shared passion for music brought these to Manchester where they eventually partnered as DJs, calling the 237 Turbo Nutters. The title did not stick, nor did calling the Dust Siblings which brought with a legalities using the US production duo noted for the Beastie Boys' brilliant Paul's Boutique.

They eventually chosen Caffeine Siblings, creating three studio albums before 2002's Include Us showed up, such as the single, Star Guitar. At that time I had been only mildly acquainted with the duo's work, also it was the background music video for Star Guitar that blew my thoughts not the track itself. Directed and conceptualized by Michel Gondry, I did not really understand the recording until about midway through after i recognized that all the scenery passing the train's window was perfectly synced towards the beats from the song.

Despite watching the recording 100s of occasions I am still mesmerized as i keep tabs on what beats match what landmarks. And That I will not even enter into the complicated publish-production required to re-assemble that footage to sync towards the song. I'll just explain that besides as being a great working companion, Star Guitar is much more enjoyable to hear while looking the window of the moving train. [Caffeine Siblings]
