The Robocalypse is near: Osaka-based Hajime�Research�Institute is focusing on a humanoid which will stand 13 ft (4m) tall, that is much taller than other existing robots available (the most recent version of Honda s Asimo, for instance, is simply 130cm high). It will likewise sport a built-in cockpit.
Hajime Sakamoto, leader from the institute, is on the mission. After getting effectively created a 7-feet robot last year (pictured above), the program would be to build these giant robot next, before following track of humanoids which are 26 and 59 ft tall next.
