Surprisingly, you will find still stuff that haven't yet been put on the web. Which has incorporated the majority of Albert Einstein's archives, some which has formerly been available, but which presently has a greatly broadened online presence thanks to the Hebrew College of Jerusalem (along with a grant in the Polonsky Foundation United kingdom). The very first phase of this expansion includes some 2,000 scanned documents, varying from personal correspondence to scientific papers, that are fully searchable capable to be examined right lower towards the finest detail. Additional documents will still be added during the period of 2012, using the ultimate goal being to obtain all the 80,000+ products within the university's own archives online (they have all recently been cataloged). Not sure on any future plans for tablet applications or even the like, however, you can dive in to the new website at this time in the source link below.
