Nokia and X-Prize put medical sensors on the spot for next challenge

Sometimes the X-Prize foundation will get just a little in front of itself. We could not obtain a private pursuit to the moon off the floor and apparently we can not built a tricorder either. But, we are able to take small steps. Most probably that is what the latest X Challenge is about. The audience has partnered having a certain Finnish phone maker introducing the Nokia Realizing X Challenge. Instead of dive mind first into Star Wars tech, the 2 are providing $2.25 million to help the introduction of health sensors as well as their connected technology. Nokia's interest rates are obvious: it's broadly expected that individuals tricorders in our dreams will eventually be realized and take the type of our cell phones. The task will really be split up into three different occasions to become held within the next 3 years, with most of the same rivals likely to follow-up simply by entering Qualcomm's competition.
