Verdict in Oracle-Google trial likely Monday

Bay Area (AP) A federal jury in Bay Area is anticipated to provide a minimum of a partial verdict Monday inside a copyright-violation trial pitting Oracle against Google.

The 12 jurors informed U.S. District Judge William Aslup they have all decided on three from the four issues on the line within the opening round from the trial. The jury foreman states there seems to become an impasse around the remaining problem.

Aslup was leaning toward accepting an incomplete verdict Friday before the foreman pointed out some jurors believe a few of the holdouts could change their mind over the past weekend.

The jury is discussing Oracle Corp.'s accusations that Google Corporation. built its popular Android software for mobile products by stealing a few of the technology from Java, a programming platform that Oracle bought 2 yrs ago
