Samsung has prosecuted the Australian patent commissioner to find judicial overview of four patents granted to Apple in the united states. It alleges that Cupertino's improvements patents, the legal same as calling shotgun on new tech, were not withdrawn through the commission once the full ones were granted. When the Korean clients are effective, the 4 patents is going to be declared invalid ever since they were incorrectly granted -- keeping them from the barrage of lawsuit that surrounds the Universe Tab 10.1. A directions hearing is scheduled for June 25th, where Judge Annabelle Bennett will determine if Apple will miss out because of the mistake.
