Student billed with risks against Kent State

CLEVELAND (AP) Police have arrested and billed a 19-year-old Kent Condition College student who published a note on Twitter saying he planned to "skyrocketInch the campus.

WEWS-TV reviews (http://bit.ly/NCLevo ) that William Koberna was arrested at his parents' home in Brunswick Sunday mid-day. He's been billed with inducing stress, a criminal offence, and irritated menacing.

A college spokesperson stated Sunday evening the tweet was published This summer 25.

Koberna will be arraigned in the court on Monday. Also, he faces proceedings that may result in his suspension or dismissal in the college.

Kent Condition College Leader Lester A. Lefton stated inside a statement, "Our students, employees, and all sorts of individuals who arrived at campus ought to know that their safety factors are our main concern. Any threat to the campus community is given serious attention and immediately looked into."
