It has been annually because the legendary guitar amplifier and speaker makers at Marshall Amplification designed a splash in consumer audio using its Marshall Earphones spin-off (Zound / Urbanears). In commemorence from the amplification division's 50th aniversary, have introduced the Hanwell: Marshall's first speaker rig that's designed for a counter-top rather than a festival stage. Combo guitar amplifier / speaker meets HiFi speaker. Most anybody who plays guitar, or has seen the kind of Slash and Nigel Tufnel shredding up, will immediately recognize the legendary Marshall design ethic lower to the legendary plastic nameplate around the front grill and gold accents.
There is no major tech at play within the system, however with looks this awesome it isn't enjoy it matters -- hopefully, the seem quality will match. Up top there is a familiar panel housing a 3.5mm input, energy toggle and knobs for bass, treble and volume, while internally you will find a duo of lengthy-throw woofers and tweeters. The cab itself is made of wood and covered with black vinyl tolex like its bigger JCM brothers and sisters -- heck, it even has a coiled audio cable. There is no specific information beyond all that for example prices and availability -- especially whether "it goes to 11"-- but you will find a pr release and shut-up shots following the break.
