More gloomy news from Kodak: the organization just introduced that it'll stop selling consumer ink jet ink jet printers in 2013 and rather focus its efforts on commercial printing items. This decision hardly may come as an unexpected: Kodak declared Chapter 11 personal bankruptcy captured and tried to sell a stockpile of patents worth as much as $2.6 billion. The organization mentioned on Friday it needs to consider a $90 million hit because of its staggering ink jet business. Kodak's yard sale attracted interest from unlikely alliances by means of Apple and Microsoft versus Google and Samsung, but apparently only reeled in disappointing offers underneath the $500 million mark. Wishing to rebound the coming year like a "lean," mean, effective machine, we'll have to wait and find out what evolves with this fallen photography leader.
