Now China's Gone and Replicated the ISS, Too [Space]

Avatar for Kelly Hodgkins Kelly Hodgkins Now China's Gone and Copied the ISS, TooChina is near to starting its Worldwide Space Station. The Tiangong-1, "heavenly structure," is just one of several modules which will connect to create a space station. The very first 8.5-ton module is going to be shot into space later this season.

Eventually, the area station will have host to unmanned and manned Chinese spacecraft. Despite the fact that China shows curiosity about cooperating using the Worldwide Space Station, China's docking standards aren't suitable for the ISS. Sorry folks, no blackmail pictures of China's first astronauts hanging out up using the crew from the ISS. [Space via Dvice]
