I am a large fan from the Muppets, but
I am equally astounded by the dramatic and creepy performances from the puppets utilized in this primary trailer for The Narrative of Victor Karloch, created by Louise Henson and also the Jim Henson Foundation.
The majority of the effects, such as the tumultuous moving ocean, were shot in-camera, as the thirty-inch tall puppets were controlled via rods and cables. Unlike Team America: World Police and also the Thunderbirds TV series, the puppet's faces don't seem to be animated, which serves to create the figures even creepier, fitting for that re-telling of the Victorian-era ghost story.
