New You are able to planetarium to host 200-player space game tonight (video)

Got plans for today Cancel them now, and fit everything in you are able to to sneak into New York's Museum of Natural History. Because tonight, the museum's planetarium will have host to some 200-person space game, thanks to Brooklyn's Babycastles arcade. It's a part of the museum's "Cosmic Cocktails and Space Arcade" evening -- a celebration that appears customized for anybody thinking about cosmology, humans, and/or hallucinogens. The showcase from the soiree may be the Space Cruiser game, which offers to turn the ceiling from the Rose Center for Earth and Space right into a "living, breathing, space ship where participants navigate around an attractive make believe world." Using the Magnetic Fields' Stephin Merritt presuming the tripartite role of ship captain-navigator-narrator, the overall game apparently starts using the birth from the world, before moving site visitors across new galaxies and thru time-bending wormholes. The ship launches at 6:30 PM tonight, but regrettably, tickets happen to be offered out. Mind beyond the break, though, for any rather "duuuude"-inducing video.
