AT&ampT opens Watson API as much as developers

Be honest, you do not have nearly enough possibilities to speak to your phone. AT&T is providing you with more. The organization today introduced that it'll offer its Watson real-time speech-to-text software to designers as APIs targeted at a variety of application types -- such things as web search, question and answer applications and something that uses AT&T's U-Verse TV services.
