Facebook to purchase Instagram

How's this for many large news with an otherwise slow Monday Facebook Boss Mark Zuckerberg has let slip that his company intends to buy popular photo-discussing application Instagram (pending all the standard regulating home loan approvals, naturally). Based on a study from Everything D's Kara Swisher, Facebook will get the social application, which took its own lengthy-looked forward to Android version, for any awesome $1 billion in cash and shares. Ole Zuck confirmed this news on his personal blog, adding the deal will not affect Instagram's integration with competing internet sites:
We believe the truth that Instagram is linked to other services beyond Facebook is an integral part from the experience. We intend on keeping features like a chance to publish with other internet sites, a chance to not share your Instagrams on Facebook if you would like, and a chance to have fans and follow people individually out of your buddies on Facebook.
Instagram Boss Kevin Systrom confirmed via his site's blog the service, "isn't disappearing,Inch adding, "The Instagram application it's still exactly the same one you are aware of love." Take a look at some PR about them following the break.
