It guaranteed it would achieve this whether it received enough Likes on Facebook, and today Razer has confirmed that it's indeed proceeding with intends to to produce left-handed version of their Naga gaming mouse. Which comes after it received the needed 10,000 Likes in under per week -- a complete three days in front of its April 21st deadline. Regrettably, there is no indication of the release date at this time, however, you can be assured the MMO-focused mouse is going to be otherwise just like its right-handed counterpart.
