iPad prototype renderings from early2000s revealed in Apple  Samsung court filings updated

It is a strange little bit of history that the idea of an Apple tablet brought as to the we all know because the first apple iphone. It goes without saying that Jobs made reference to in 2010, in an appearance at Everything D, recognizing that Apple was able to creating a phone in line with the technology it pieced together for any multitouch display. Now, because of Apple / Samsung court filings (you will know whole little kerfuffle between your companies) and digging through the folks at NetworkWorld, some early concepts to have an Apple slate have emerged. The dates from the mockups really are a little nebulous right now, but throughout his depositing, Jonathan Ive, puts them at approximately 2002 and 2004. Update: Our friend Anand Shimpi of AnandTech stated the first iPad prototype used a Pentium M processor. We sure have advanced significantly.

Update 2: BuzzFeed acquired some color photos from the gigantic prototype placed alongside an apple ipad 2. Mind there to determine more.
