Samsung might have been quick to appeal Judge Lucy Koh's decision to prevent Universe Tab 10.1 sales, however the lady using the gavel is not bending. Based on Reuters, Judge Koh has declined the firm's request to permit sales to carry on pending a choice, keeping store shelves empty for the moment. The storyline is not over, obviously -- if Samsung wins the appeal (or even the greater dispute) pills will go back to stores in groups. In either case, all of us anticipate a period when this complete mess is behind us.
