United kingdom judge forces Apple to condition on its site that Samsung did not copy the iPad

Apple has been forced with a British judge to condition clearly that Samsung did not copy its iPad design. Based on Bloomberg, Judge Colin Birss stated that Apple needs to publish a notice both on its website and many British magazines and newspapers, to assist correct the "harmful impression the Columbia-based company was copying Apple's product." The internet part will apparently live there for six several weeks. Apple lost its situation against Samsung within the United kingdom earlier this year, with similar judge awkwardly branding the ten-inch Android tablet "less awesome" because the iPad.
