Video Offers Peek at Trent Reznor's Audio for Black Operations II

A brand new video offers intriguing glimpses into Trent Reznor s latest musical project. This is not really a new Nine Inch Nails album this is theme music to have an approaching videogame, Cod: Black Operations II.

The preview above offers some enticing clips from the dark, atmospheric audio Reznor produced for the overall game, together with a short interview using the infamously secretive music performer.

I take a look at videogames like a true talent, Reznor states within the clip above. The opportunity to engage in something similar to this really is exciting in my experience. Personally i think this is just as viable as music, or film work, or other things.

This is not the very first time Reznor has done a videogame his band produced the background music for Quake, launched in 1996. Reznor also led to Disaster 3 in 2004, but his musical contributions to the overall game were never recognized. Nine Inch Nails 2007 concept album, Year Zero, was launched together with another reality game.

The games have become more serious and much more realistic, and much more engrossing, and much deeper, Reznor, a longtime videogame fan, states within the clip. Videogame culture has broadened in to the biggest type of entertainment.

The storyline for Cod: Black Operations II was co-compiled by The Dark Dark night Increases author David S. Goyer. Hard-rocking theme song for Black Operations II, composed by Reznor, recalls vintage Nine Inch Nails.

There's lots of reservation and angst and feeling of loss and regret and anger bubbling underneath the surface, Reznor told USA Today inside a recent interview. Therefore it didn t seem sensible to possess a gung-ho loyal feeling type of theme song. It needs to feel weighty.

Cod: Black Operations II is anticpated to be launched November. 13.
