Ricoh Acquires Pentax?s Digicam Business For Expansion Plans

It's been confirmed today that Ricoh has bought Pentax s Digicam business from the current owners�Tokyo-based�Hoya group. Based on reviews the purchase may be worth around $124 million for Pentax and particulars happen to be released inside a PDF from Hoya.
