That can be a dream may never become a reality for many people, there's an opportunity for anybody by having an Xbox 360 360 or Ps 3 to become gaming god. Virgin Gaming, EA, and DICE are joining as much as host a Battleground 3 Worldwide Conquest tournament with $1.six million in cash and awards at risk.
Potential fraggers should be 18 years or older to join up for that online tourney, which starts in 2012 and which Virgin is calling the "biggest online console game tournament ever." Regrettably, the competition isn't readily available for PC players, who constitute an enormous part of the group of followers for that series. In certain aspects, I can tell why Virgin Gaming might want to avoid integrating PC players, as cheating has soured FPS games for several years around the platform.
Nevertheless, Virgin's official reaction to PC players being excluded was rather disappointing. "Our technology is just established to integrate with console games only at that phase within our existence. We are still new and seeking to produce a unique service that resolves many of the challenges within the competitive gaming space today," a Virgin repetition stated. "We now have much fascination with players on all platforms, so that as we grow we'll attempt to bring everybody underneath the tent."
