Great news for webOS clients who anxiously waited to purchase a Touch pad. With a few couponing and savvy shopping, you can purchase the 16GB Touch pad for as little as $345 a few days ago. That's $155 from the original launch cost of $500.
Anybody having a Staples nearby can click on their local store with this particular $100 off in-store coupon available on Fatwallet. The Touch pad has already been reduced by $50 now which $100 coupon will drop the cost to $350 for that 16GB and $450 for that 32GB model. The secret is getting a store which has the Touch pad available. My home is the stays and all sorts of the shops within 100 miles are sold-out from the 16GB model. I'd need to drive 75 miles to find the 32GB model.
If you won't want to trek towards the store and therefore are signed up for K-12 or college, you might take benefit of your educational discount through the Hewlett packard Academy. Hewlett packard will discount the Touch pad a few days ago by $100 which drops the cost from the 16GB model to $400 and also the 32GB to $500. The Hewlett packard Academy might take an additional $25 from the cost from the tablet along with a coupon (which might work a few days ago) could remove another $30. If you're able to mix these three discount rates together, the 16GB Touch pad might be yours for less than $345, the 32GB for $445. [webOS roundup and Staples]
