On September 26th we need arrived at Ottawa to become listed on a historic action to oppose the tar sands. Inside a large peaceful protest, most be jeopardizing arrest to inform the Harper government that people don't support his reckless agenda that you want to turn from the toxic tar sands industry which we oppose the direction he's using this country.

From August 20th to Sept. 3rd, 1000's are pledging to risk arrest in daily functions of civil disobedience to convince Leader Obama to reject the Keystone XL pipeline that will bring dirty tar sands oil towards the U.S. On September 26th, we'll endure Pm Harper to pressure him to stem the tar sands industry at its source.

Tar sands mining along with other extreme types of energy extraction like Arctic drilling, shale fracking, and nuclear energy generation send us within the exact other direction that people, like a civilization, have to go to ensure global survival.
