Self-perceived technical orientation and attitudes toward being flattered.
An analysis ended from the relationship between scores about the Technical Orientation Scale and self-rankings of liking to become flattered among 103 working grown ups. As hypothesized, scores for technical orientation were adversely correlated with two self-report measures of liking to become flattered. Women were built with a considerably more powerful rating for liking to become flattered. We conclude that the technical orientation might be a moderator variable for the potential for liking to become flattered.
