Grilled Brie Sandwich with Apple and Red-colored Onion Confit

Grilled Cheese Sandwich
1 8 oz. Brie wheel
Apple and onion confit
Sandwich bread
Butter

Apple and Red-colored Onion Confit
1 large red-colored onion, very finely sliced
1 Gran Cruz apple, very finely sliced
1/8 cup of honey
3 tbsps apple cider vinegar treatment
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
Extra virgin essential olive oil

1. Add let's eat some onions, apples and merely enough essential olive oil to coat to some high-on the sides skillet. Prepare on medium-high warmth until they start to soften, about a few minutes.

2. Reduce warmth and add the rest of the elements. Gradually prepare for around 40 minutes, before mixture becomes jam-like.

3. Take away the crust out of your bread slices and butter each one of these on one for reds only.

4. Cut the brie into thick slices. The soft cheese touches fairly easily, therefore the thicker the slice, the greater substantial your sandwich is going to be.

5. Make use of the same skillet that you made the confit. Grill one bread slice, butter-side lower, together with some brie.

6. Once the brie starts to melt a little, add the confit and grill for any couple of minutes.

7. Add another slice of bread, butter-side up, and switch the sandwich. Prepare before brie just starts to melt in to the pan.
