A Fast Consider the Sheffield Wind Farm (40 MW) in Northern Vermont

Youtube/Screen capture

This video (see below) gives an introduction to the making of Sheffield Wind, a 40MW wind farm in Northern Vermont, as well as the way it affected a few of the local people. Bear in mind, the recording was created by the organization that built the wind farm - it's more a promo video than the usual documentary piece - which means you will not find anybody saying anything negative inside it, that is impractical... You may be creating a hospital for sick children and many people will still complain. But as lengthy while you keep individuals caveats in your mind, still it gives a concept of the way a wind farm can positively impact the economy of the small community.

Sheffield Wind will sell the energy that it is 16 Clipper Liberty 2.5 MW turbines produce to 3 local utilities in Vermont. It will generate enough electricity to energy about 15,000 Vermont houses.
