Apple and Samsung happen to be re-creating the Cold War through their very own mutually assured destruction policy, and nowhere is the fact that more apparent than their Pyrrhic victories in Columbia. For Apple, however, the discomfort is going to be somewhat simpler to deal with. A Seoul court has confirmed it's remaining the prohibit on older iPads and apple iphones until Apple can complete the appeals process the Cupertino crew will not face the entire penalty unless of course the appeals court upholds the verdict. Samsung has not yet requested an identical pause on the prohibit covering a number of its Android products, though, which can lead to a minimum of a momentarily uneven situation in Samsung's home country. It's nevertheless a short reprieve inside a war that sadly will not finish in the near future.
