Czech Microsoft manager claims Office 2013 will achieve Android and iOS, relaxation of clients are less certain (update: more direct denial)

Microsoft Office for iPad rumor

The storyline of Office for that iPad continues to be something of the rollercoaster. Based on who you've spoken for this year, the mobile application continues to be on, then off, after that time again... whether it was ever real to begin with. Imagine our surprise, then, when IHNED states Microsoft Czech Republic product manager Petr Bobek "confirmed" native Android and iOS ports of Office 2013 throughout a press conference. Work division greater-up apparently layed out a method in which the productivity suite would achieve Home windows for big companies and people in December and Feb correspondingly, but would achieve "other platforms" afterwards through not only mobile-enhanced web versions. Because a glimmer of hope that may represent for many Android and iOS fans, it does not associate to some direct Office 2013 port having a release schedule.

Update: To underscore its point, Microsoft has released an additional statement that casts doubt around the very remarks under consideration. "The data shared by our Czech Republic subsidiary isn't accurate," a representative told us. "We've nothing further to talk about.Inch
